Many a times, there are situations when it is impossible to copy a file from a CD or floppy disk etc by the usual copy/paste method in Windows(R). Copy Expert would be helpful in such a situation. It allows you to copy any file from the removable media (e.g. CD or floppy disk) to your hard disk. It uses a different method to copy, so that you can copy the file partially/completely. While copying is in progress, it will show you copy progress, as well as where your CD etc. is damaged relative to the file being copied. Of course, if the media is damaged where your file is located then the file may not be copied completely perfectly. However, in cases of films or music, this may not be a big problem. For archive files, like ZIP files, the file may not be usable. However, in some cases, some information may be salvageable from these files, thus allowing you to safely transfer your files from one computer to another.
